The experience was horrible with the self check in. The app wouldn’t work. It took forever to upload pictures and the instructions were not clear. It took at least an hour to get this truck after going inside the station for help. Please do better..

Taylor pThe whole truck doesn’t drive right all it did was keep stopping and when ever I gave it gas it wouldn’t really go I didn’t even drive it to the place I needed to go to because I didn’t feel safe in it at all, I really would like a refund back to my credit card and go and use a different vehicle from somewhere else, thank you Rodriguez

DELORES KThe only problem was we had to wait for well over a half hour just to get things going. Apparently the system was down and they had to take a picture of my drivers license and credit card front and back. I was not comfortable doing that.
