The location and the phone neumers are wrong, K appliance is out of business and I hade to go the the UPS store adjacnet to get the rental, the UPS CSR was polite and helpful but when I got the truck it was dirty inside and out and had very little fuel. I never got a confermation call. I feel this is a corperate issue and you need to update your information in the internet to reflect changes. you may also want to hire a car wash company to come out and clean your trucks it was so dirty that i could barly see out the window.

Edgar Cthis was the worst experience ever i had, truck was leaking gasoline..I stuck on a highway with no gas and leaking car, I wasted my whole day on it no compensation for wasted time, truck in danger state.Other that this very poor communication or Record storing in company, car was town away by uhaul, but I still get calls from Uhaul asking: when I will return/drop off car???Additionally I am being charged for town truck second time, which is ridiculous and time waste to call back ask refund
