Convenient location for us. Ray Pouncey was very patient and accommodating with the process. It was our first time renting a UHaul and we had to change our pick up time etc. He and the owner, Lars, made the whole experience very easy.

Jeff HThe personnel at the location was friendly and helpful. Having hitch balls/pins available for sale would probably be a good idea - I didn't have these items when checking in, but the gentleman who checked me in called a nearby store and directed me to the store.
