better communication - i was not advised my drop off location was closed . Needed to contact UHAUL and set up another drop off point. An extra 2 hrs i won't get back.

JAMES ZWhen I picked up truck the worker vancelled ot by accident and had to redo. He Changed mileage from 48 to 30 so now I owe extra charges.He fid not schedule drop off at port elgin I had to call myself and make all the arrangements for drop off because he forgot to reschedule drop off.I called I had ordered a dolly it was not there at pick up.Very unorganized and not trained properly to do uhaul orders.I would never recommend this location.Very unprofessional!And caused needed stress to me the customer!
