The staff at Lakeside Esso seemed perplexed as to why I was coming in the store to get the truck key. I had already signed in using the uhaul App, so I was expecting to pick the key up without having to make contact with anyone. The staff asked me only a couple of questions, along with asking me was the contract number was (which was the appropriate thing to ask), and handed me a key without any direction for finding the truck. It isnt a large lot but there were 2 trucks...one on one side of the building and the other on the other side. Would've been helpful if they had an ounce of customer service in them to provide some help and direction.
