Mr Hixon was very nice. He helped me hook up the trailer and explained how to properly tow it. He helped me take pictures and check out the trailer. It was a great experience.

We dropped off on a Sunday when it was closed so we did not interact with anyone.
Monty MOur complaint was that the computers were down and it has happened often which caused a delay in picking up the uhaul truck.The employee tried his best to see how to resolve the situation.
