Well they treated me excellent and made sure I had the information to properly load and tow a vehicle and how to make sure it was secured to tow so on a rate of 1 to 10 I would have to give both the pickup place and drop off place a 20 rating cause both were excellent at their jobs

Philip DDrop off was quick and easy. I think the equipment was rented to go out shortly after drop off. when I drove by an hour or two latter it was gone. There is a very nice, Uhaul place closer to my address.
