Sorry. This experience wasn’t great. No dolly. My drop off location was changed by 30 miles without my approval . I had I believe 3 calls to help center during my experience. Truck was pristine though. And it wasnt necessarily the locations fault- they told me they have no equipment other than vehicle from U haul. So they say. Drop off at cedarville was super easy. I’ll still use you again. They actual customer calls were very polite and responsive and did exactly what was needed to be done so kudos to them.

It was very annoying that while driving to my pickup destination,.U-Haul texted me that my pickup location was moved 45 minutes in the other direction
Joshua EIt’s good that there is a gas station at the car wash so you can be sure your UhAul truck is left with the correct amount of gas. This was an unattended drop off location.
Catherine WWe showed up at 3:15, we could not find anyone to help us. We finally found a person at the car wash who was not helpful at all. We pre ordered an appliance dolly, they didn’t have one. The person in the car wash said that we were there after hours, which we we not. We ended up having to check in on line and going through the process but then we did not have access to the keys. The overall experience picking up the vehicle was a night mare, not to mention, we had to hire someone at the other end to help us move a safe, which we would have been able to move with an appliance dolly had it been provided.
