We showed up at 3:15, we could not find anyone to help us. We finally found a person at the car wash who was not helpful at all. We pre ordered an appliance dolly, they didn’t have one. The person in the car wash said that we were there after hours, which we we not. We ended up having to check in on line and going through the process but then we did not have access to the keys. The overall experience picking up the vehicle was a night mare, not to mention, we had to hire someone at the other end to help us move a safe, which we would have been able to move with an appliance dolly had it been provided.

The mobile check-in was quite smooth and this was my first experience. Overall beginning to end was very positive.
Mark HTough even finding someone who works there and when we did, he told us to "drop and go". However, we were never checked out and it took me 3 calls to Uhaul to get the drop off finalized, two days after I actually dropped it off! Would never use this location again.
Kimberly DThe check in and return process were great. The van we had was clean and well maintained. Only issue was the van only had quarter tank of gas luckily we didn’t have to travel far.
