Give customers the equipment they have reserved!!!! If you don't have the truck that is being reserved available, then don't allow customers to reserve it!!!!! Twice now I have booked a 10 foot only to be told the day before pickup that it was unavailable. Regardless of how far in advance it was booked. I was offered a 15 foot which I'm not comfortable driving. They would not give me the smaller Econoline style van that I asked to have as a substitute. Furthermore the only alternative I was offered was to drive one hour in the opposite direction of my home and 2 hours opposite direction from the location that I booked for pickup. I was offered a measley 30 dollar gas credit. Absolutely ridiculous and took advantage of me because I had no alternative and could not delay the move. I have been, and will continue to let my peers know about this experience to ensure they are not taken advantage of the way that I was. The location for pickup of the 15 foot truck was very friendly. It was not my experience with the Attendant at the pickup location, it was the fact that on 2 occasions when I had to move that day, you did not give me the equipment I reserved. That's the entire point of a reservation!!!!! I will not use Uhaul again and will tell people to avoid Uhaul for this reason.

The location was completely unequipped to help me. I eventually had to do everything through mobile as they did not know how to process a rental in person. The mobile process is extremely onerous, and the pages of add-ons I had to turn down was awful. It took way too long to check in via mobile.
