The authorized dealer was nice, however I was invoiced for extra coverages that I declined. Also, this was the most complex parking situation. Its located in a culdesac causing me to back the trailer in the driveway between two ditches.

matthew RHours are from 7am - 10pm every day, including holidays. Aside the very long hours, you get help during lunch hours sometimes, and get help after hours sometimes. is the only one there, so it would be difficult to expect perfection, and tries really hard to make sure every customer is comfortable and satisfied. If you have anything to complain about, it’s probably because they’re either jealous, or fed with a silver spoon.
JENNIFER JI had an excellent experience with this U-Haul location. Even though I dropped off my truck after closing time, the representative stayed to help me and patiently guided me through the entire return process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly. The equipment was clean, well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding. I truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. I highly recommend this location and will definitely use them again.
