When I drop the key into the key dropbox, my husband‘s wedding ring was attached to his carabiner, which was attached to the U-Haul key. I immediately called the location. Someone happened to be there and they were able to retrieve my husband‘s ring immediately. Great service 10 out of 10 would recommend!! thank you
