When picking up the UHaul, the front driver and passenger side floor mat were dirty. The furniture dolly was not available at the time of pick up.

Agent has long lunch time and other businesses taking her away from making U-haul her primary concern. We tried to pickup at 12:15 pm but she is closed from 12-1:30 and we were unable to pickup using the App. She called back after we had left and we said we would be back after lunch. She said ok but when we got back, she was busy washing a dog so we had to wait some more.
