I have used this drop off location in the past and will continue to use it the future. My issue is more so with Uhaul and not the location, the trailer was dropped off at 854am the morning of my contracted return date, actually had until 319pm in the afternoon to drop it off per the contract. Uhaul logged it in at 4pm and charged me an extra day of rental, $28.

I was unable to use the app or website to access the keys to the truck. I spent significant time on the phone with your team to help. The truck was dirty and had trash in it. The tank was at an 1/8th of a tank of gas and I had to waste even more time filling up. I was an hour late and had movers that were waiting. Because of all of the issues getting the truck I paid movers to sit around and do nothing. I specifically chose a pickup location that was open on Saturday and you changed my pickup twice, finally settling on a place without Saturday hours. This was the worst experience I have ever had and will probably go to a competitor moving forward.
