The app wouldn't take pics. There was garbage in the truck. The truck was pulled in not backed in. The booking process was predatory and dishonest. Everytning about Uhaul is garbage. The guy at the pickup store was nice, only reason this wasn't a 1.

We were told unlimited kilometres for the week at that point we were going to reserve for the entire summer possibly to October when returning the vehicle we were charged $514 told it wasn’t unlimited kilometres and was just absolutely scammed in my opinion I don’t say that lately had to rent it for two more days and that cost me $250 I can honestly say I will never use U-Haul ever again and I strongly advise other people not to. I had to call the supervisor the number on the app and try to get this sorted out, but they said because I wasn’t on the Phone and I had no proof that he said unlimited kilometres which my worker was with me and heard the same thing so I paid $1000 for six days of renting a pick up truck. What a great deal terrible terrible terrible terrible disgusting
Scott NThere was a bit of confusion about billing. Received a receipt for the estimate and then a receipt for the actual costs. He explained it would take a few days to get the credit for the estimate but actually took over a week. Also, do not like the policy the bill cannot be paid with cash. I thought cash was legal tender???
ABRAHAM KNo drop-off box. Business was closed when we got there even though it was supposed to be 24 hr drop off. Very disappointing and upsetting customer experience.
Marie BThe sign needs to be bigger, we past it twice. We picked up the truck and notice the right brake light was out. The guy said to call u-haul road side assistance . I was moving and didn’t have time to wait. I was surprised of the fact that 19.99. Wasn’t for the day it only applies if you return the truck back to where you picked it up. No one told me this.
