Location didn't have the truck size or furniture pads I had reserved. They had to cancel and re-book my reservation entirely and didn't even honor the discount that had been applied to the previous reservation.

Excellent truck and service
Araujo TMy booking location got updated a before. If uhaul is updating the location, please call the customer and inform. Chances are there that customer will over look and because of it I lost 20 dollars for my cab to reach the locations
