TAMIAH ESmall issue discovered and I mentioned it to the attendant who said he would make a note. The printer was not working and I was suppose to get my final receipt via email and have not received it yet.
MARK JAttendant just took the key…no explanation, no nothing. He was too busy talking with his buddy to let me know if I had any money coming back my way, did not come out and look at truck, nothing. Poor customer service.
MICHAEL CThe Uhaul agent was rude and unprofessional. He first gave us the wrong rate and later he corrected himself, but then when we asked him different questions about rates and rent conditions he sounds annoyed by us and continuously left us to do other stuff and come back. We felt that we are begging him to get the service. Consequently, we have to tell him that we used Uhaul several times previously and his behavior isn't professional, he lightly apologized and we left the store unhappy and we don't think we will come back to this location.
