I rented truck at 5:50pm on June 27 for 24hrs to move my stuff to the new house they keep calling me and they said please bring it before noon someone already booked for the same truck I told they I didn’t start moving yet I told you I am going to bring it in 24 hours (5:45pm) they kept calling me once I finished the job I brought it at 5:15pm and it took him 30min to submit the payment and close the rent
KEFLET SI put down the answer "no" for the vehicle being clean and well maintained. The truck was clean but I was moving on a really hot day and the air conditioning on the truck did not work. It would have been nice to have gotten some kind of compensation for this inconvenience.

Xinjue LI’ve never written a bad review before, but what I experienced at this U-Haul location was unacceptable. When I returned the keys, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and had zero respect for customers. She didn’t greet me, didn’t say thank you, and spoke to me in a nasty, unprofessional tone. She acted like I was a problem instead of a paying customer. Her attitude was completely unnecessary — no smile, no help, just pure disrespect. It felt like she didn’t want to be there, and took it out on me for no reason. No one deserves to be treated this way. U-Haul seriously needs to look into who they’re hiring to deal with customers. I will never return to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they fix their customer service.
