Process is not clear and payment is to expensive they add so many things on top so many hidden feesb its legal scam. The problem is there is no other business in the market to compute U Haul.

Issue is Uhaul and it’s policy I was charged for 2 days! Even tho i only used uhaul for like 3 hours Rented around 8 pm and came back to return at 11pm the shop was closed and there was no key drop off area! Had to go back and came back next day to return and see extra day charge! Even tho i came next day it was still not 24 hours yet! Ehy the extra money??? That’s stealing and moreover the guys at shop can’t do anything and asked me to call uhaul and the guy they called idk zack or something he took my phone number and then put me on hold without even saying a word and never came back! I waited for like 30 mins for nothing! Disgusting i’ll go with penske next time
Anmol SAs soon as I picked up the truck and started it, the dashboard showed “LEFT RR TIRE LOW – ADD AIR TO TIRE.” I took a photo immediately, before beginning the trip. U-Haul had changed my pickup to this convenience-store location, but when I arrived, the furniture pads and utility dolly I had reserved were not available. I had to drive another 15–20 minutes to a different location to collect them, using my own rental time, fuel, and mileage. I was then charged twice for the dolly and pads. Although U-Haul also promised additional mileage for this required detour, I was later charged for excess mileage. When I complained, I was told there could be “a lot of reasons” why the equipment was unavailable, including another customer claiming it. Those are U-Haul’s internal logistical issues, not the customer’s responsibility. I had reserved and paid for the equipment and should not have had to spend my own time, fuel, and rental mileage obtaining it elsewhere. U-Haul later issued a $44 refund, which I appreciate, but much of that simply corrected the duplicate equipment and excess-mileage charges. Overall, this was a very disappointing pickup experience.
Nima NThe vehicle I had reserved was not there and had to take a much larger truck which I did not want to do.
Ryan DVehicles brakes were making a grinding noise and you had to put your foot all the way to the floor to stop. The rear liftgate went up well but you really needed to use alot of force to close it. Inside the cab was fairly clean but the outside was dirty. Inside the bed had some dirt/debris that I had to sweep out. The size of the truck did suit our needs but overall not that impressed,
