The staff were kind and courteous. They did their best to serve us well. However, there were several problems with this rental: 1) The truck was returned the night before after hours and there was no key available at 7:00 am pickup time causing a 1.5 hour delay. 2) The text link to "photograph the truck license and ODO" did not work (it was expired). We tried 3 times, and it said "Link expired" 3 times. This caused some issues when returning the truck and settling the amount of gas 3) We ordered a refrigerator dolly and this was not supplied when we picked up the truck. They had them in the store, but they did not read the reservation order and tell us; "Pick up your dolly over there (in store) before leaving." Nevertheless, despite all these issues, I really liked the staff and I think they are still learning how to system works. But for anyone who doesn't have flexibility with their rental timeline, a larger, more experienced U-Haul site may be advisable.
