I can't think of anything. Everything worked great
timothy nNo help offered to connect the trailer to my truck. I was sent out looking for a trailer number, hook it up myself and then bring it up front so employee could take a picture of connection.
Edward OCar hauler could have longer straps for larger wheels. Everything else was perfect.
Liz TThe truck could use some maintenance. The steering wheel was shaking while driving and the shocks are shot.
