Expected me to unhook and leave the trailer without assistance. I am a woman. I looked him in the eye and said, who is going to help me. Reluctantly, he unhooked the trailer. Did not email me a receipt until I said I was going to wait until I received it before I left. Poor customer service. I won’t use this location again.
