Drop off after hours was a little difficult but Customer Support was very helpful in getting me access to the lot.
Hill CTruck that we were supposed to take was behind another truck blocked in. Pickup was supposed to be at 6:30am. We had to contact support and they couldn’t get ahold of the owners so we ended up having to get keys to move the front U-Haul. Then requested equipment wasn’t in the truck. Put our moving over and hour and half behind schedule.
Kansas BI would make sure that every customer who will be returning a vehicle after the facility is closed be given the passcode to open the gate. If a another customer at the storage facility hadn't come in I wouldn't have been able to bring the truck into the locked gate or pick up my personal car.
