Hours wouldn’t allow drop off for the time I selected and the truck had no gas in it when I picked it up. This was the worst service and location pick up I’ve ever had with U-Haul

JoNetta ADrop off after hours was a little difficult but Customer Support was very helpful in getting me access to the lot.
Hill CTruck that we were supposed to take was behind another truck blocked in. Pickup was supposed to be at 6:30am. We had to contact support and they couldn’t get ahold of the owners so we ended up having to get keys to move the front U-Haul. Then requested equipment wasn’t in the truck. Put our moving over and hour and half behind schedule.
