The windshield wipers on the truck I rented were in need of replacing and as it was a very rainy day, it made driving somewhat difficult. The customer service rep who handled my transaction however was very thorough, friendly and professional. The truck was extremely clean. Thank you.

The person checking me out was very bland. I told him I had a reservation for an appliance dolly and a woman came in and he gave it to her. I asked did she pay for the appliance Dollly or the small one. His response. I only have one. I told him my reservation says an appliance and furniture dolly. He said he doesn't have either. I asked why didn't someone call and tell me these we're not available before I came here and nor did I he even attempt to give me any type of empathy for the inconvenience. I will never use this place again and will not refer. I would much rather use the one in Raleigh since they seem to have more.

We wished we would have known that this location has UHAUL and storage! This would have been perfect for us because we needed a temporary place to store our furniture, which we found somewhere else and just had a one way return for our moving truck to this location.

Extra 30 miles I had to pay for because my truck wasn't available in 2 locations I reserved at. Also , it's hard to get around and through this location driveways driving a truck .

Last night I was done with the vehicle and could not return it when I wanted to which in turn caused me to drive it somewhere else and use more miles and get charged more money for the use of the truck I was not given a code to get back into the gate to bring the truck back thru .Once I was finished I had already stated that we were only going to need it for one round trip and we will be bringing it back. I called the 1-800 # I went in my acct hoping to get a gate code Nothing! I sent an email. I sent a message thru Chat nothing !

The guy that I worked with was very nice. The only feedback I have is that he received several calls while I was waiting and he wanted to be helpful and answer the questions they have. I would suggest that when you are working with a customer to take a message from the caller and let them know that you are with a customer and will call them right back. Other than that, I had a really good experience and will definitely return to this location in the future.
