The process was extremely frustrating because the lock is either old or doesn't function properly so that prolonged the process. If you choose to contact support, the gate code disappears. Lastly, during drop off, it doesn't indicate if the vehicle should be left inside or outside. This is an experience I never wish on anyone. It's wasted my time and cost my money.
