The onsite customer representative “Natalie” provided the best service I’ve ever had when rented a Uhaul equipment! She said explained everything about the equipment, helped registered me and went over and beyond by making sure my experience was excellent. I was able to move my family and items to our new home without any delays. This was a success because of Natalie’s care and professional customer service. She is amazing.
