Very dissatisfied to discover by myself that the truck did not have winter tires... when there is plenty of snow outside and we are in the countryside. This should absolutely be communicated by the cashier upon retrieval. Driving was extremely dangerous and I almost got stuck several times. It could have ended badly. Although I can't believe proper winter tires are not installed, a simple warning would at least inform customers on what to expect.

Location fait en ligne. Service rapide sur place, autant à la réception qu'au retour. Le camion était déneigé, propre et en bonne condition. Nous devions récupérer le camion à Dunham mais plus de 24h avant, nous avons reçu un appel pour nous aviser que nous devions aller chercher le camion a Knowlton, ce qui ne représentait pas un désagrément et U-Haul on eu l'initiative de faire les ajustements adéquats concernant le kilométrage inclu dans la location initiale. Merci U-Haul, nous sommes satisfaits.
ROBERT BFill the tank! You take the truck full, you give it back full; no question of how much gas you should put in it to give it back the same level. There was for sure more gas when I gave it back than when I have picked it up: I’ve paid gas for the next customer. Some instructions about how flashers, lights… are working would be appreciated.
