The guy at the pickup location wasn't very helpful and quite nonchalant. There was a confusion about the drop off date and I tried clearing it up with him but he couldn't help me. I tried to call service center but was unable to talk to a representative because the line kept hanging up. I then called the drop off location and agreed with the representative to drop the trailer before 8pm without extra fees. Surprise surprise, I still received an email stating an extra day fee. Quite disappointing honestly. For a service that is supposedly easy for the customer this feels like a well run gimmick.

everything was fine except there was no heat or AC in the truck, i spoke to the rental company and he said hes been trying to get it fixed for moths yet uhaul keeps canceling the oppointment

PIERRE LGot way overcharged than the original quoted price.. Clerk wasn't trying to help with the situation and could really tell he didn't care, now I have to waste time to call Uhaul to get a partial refund and wait weeks to get my money back onto ky credit card. Horrible experience will NEVER go there again..
Maverick CHaving available to rent ratchet straps when you rented a trailer should be mandatory. No help proposed to help to pin the trailer, another customer helped me.
