First, make it easier to get someone on the PHONE. I say on hold for almost 15 minutes before I hung up.. Next, deliver on what you promise. I placed an online reservation - supposedly guaranteed, but when I got to the pick up site, the hand truck I ordered with the truck - and needed desperately - was not available, Because of the timing of the pick up and the need to meet others, I ended up having to move 80 pound boxes without assistance.. VERY poor customer experience!
