How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe had wonderful service at this location. The owner even opened up a half hour early for us to pick up our rental. Thank you!
Kenneth SGreat customer service at the counter
Michael LThe guys here are fantastic. I've worked with Manny every time I come in and he always does whatever he can to make moving a little less of a bad day.
Mike LI was charged $14 for equipment that was not in my truck. The U-Haul associate said he would remove the fee but it was still there during checkout. I would like to request a refund AGAIN Secondly, the bed the truck had a lot of dust so I had to sweep it out.
