Make sure your trucks are maintained! Rented a 26’ Uhaul @4:30pm. They close @4:30 but a lady checked us out. We had a reservation. All to find out the Uhaul had no AC! I called the next morning to be told to call the 1800 U-Haul # and they would come fix it. Wow! That was not a option due to needing to finish moving! Then they said they would give discount. A while 25$ discount was given. LOL really? We paid 150$ after their great effort to make up for the no A/C! We live in Texas! This is Unacceptable! Do not recommend

In the last 2 years, I’ve rented uhauls more than I wish I had to. This location was the first time I’ve felt rushed, struggled to receive assistance and was given the loudest, hardest to drive, falling apart truck they had.
