Was not notified that I would be charged for bringing it back after closing,which was at 1 pm. Brought it back at 3 after only 4 hours and was charged an extra 20 dollars .
BRADLEY STruck broke down on side of road. The place I rented from took two days to call back. Got charged $129 for a broken truck
ELIZABETH RI reserved a dolly and was told they didnt have one. That added unnecessary time to my move!! The floor in the back of the trailer was also greasy. Luckily I didn't break anything with how many times I slipped! I'll never use that location again and probably Uhaul again. I'll stick to Penske or Enterprise next time.
