Dirty truck and I was charged $10+ for gas ... when I 100% retuned the 15" truck with the same 1/4 tank of gas it had when I picked the truck up. I will be disputing the $10+ with my CC company as I feel this was totally uncalled for ... cg Cat was nice.

In addition to a truck, I specifically reserved an appliance dolly but was informed at time of pickup that none were available. This created a situation in which I had to scramble to find one from another source. It put me behind schedule and inconvenienced labor resources I had lined up. If dolly are providef on a first come first serve basis, customer should be informed up front.

WILLIAM BThe young lady there assisted me with the trailer and she was exceptional at customer service! She came out in the rain and the cold weather and help me hook up the trailer. I had a recent arm injury, and it was very easy with her assistance.
