I was told I was unable to take off the 15 dollar insurance and then charged an extra after hours charge of 20 dollars and I returned the truck within 24 hours.

Giordenys VThe rental person was rude and disrespectful. Lights were out on rental. No prior check for those important things had been done.l had to leave and come back. Insurance was added without my approval. Very sad how the person interacted as the face of uhaul.
