I only rated Average because of the location, specifically. The facility itself was clean, well organized, easy to maneuver in/around, the staff was friendly and patient through all of my questions. The location is difficult to get into/out of as the driveway is 2/3 of the way up a hill, so there is major blind spots when pulling out.

EVERETT SEvery time I have dealt with U-Haul, they always find something extra to charge you for. It’s never what they advertise or say I will never ever unless forced to use them again and I do not recommend them at all. Beware
