Arnold BTo be fair, I have no issues with this location. They were actually great. My issue is with the district manager. I reserved a truck and set it up to be automated through the app. When I went to pick up my rental, I found the lock box where the key should have been was empty. No one set the key out. No problem. Mistakes happen. I set up a rental for the next day instead. When I canceled the existing reservation, I was informed my reservation had a $50 guarantee. Since they were unable to keep my reservation, I would be getting $50 . Cool. A month and a half and 4 calls to customer service later, and I still haven't seen that $50. It's a different excuse each time I call, but the district manager in charge is clearly playing games hoping people will just drop it . Not me. It's only $50, but it's the principle. Don't offer that guarantee if you don't intend to honor it. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. BUYER BEWARE...if you have any issue with your rental, the district office in this are will not help you!
