I cannot say enough good things about the two gentlemen who helped me at U-Haul. They were incredibly accommodating, patient, and helpful from start to finish. I honestly felt like I was talking to a couple of friends rather than just employees helping a customer. They took the time to walk me through every single step, answered all of my questions, and made absolutely sure I was comfortable and knew what I was doing before I left. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering them, even when I needed a little extra explanation. Customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find, and these two gentlemen absolutely deserve to be recognized for it. They turned something I was a little nervous and unsure about into an easy, stress-free experience. I would happily recommend this U-Haul location specifically because of them.
