oscar NNo one was there to help remove the trailer. The person in the office was not helpful and didn’t know when he’d return. I had to call the 800 number to get assistance then waited 15 mins for him to get there. The location had a lot of trucks and trailers but all around the perimeter were abandoned Horizon cargo vans, old auto parts and other junk. I will avoid this location in the future.

DICK HUpon return, attendant did not inspect trailer in my presence. Told me he'd check it later and email the resultant paperwork. I did a video walk around and left the trailer in the yard.
