There was one staff trying to manage the store and my u haul return. She was very nice and did her job as quickly as she could but had several interruptions. The store itself is dark and a bit crowded. I think more lighting and organizing would make it a more inviting experience.

TERRI Lrented during in climate weather, trailer was froze to the ground , so were the chains and wiring , it was a real hassle hooking the trailer up, with no assistance from the crew there (1 woman). I felt like an employee. It was close to a nightmare. If I knew it was going to be such a hassle I would have dugout one of my own trailers. Trailer was fine though no problems there.
