20 miles out ot town is too far from the on that was in town. U haul gave me extra miles, but still my wife had to drive out snd then take us back to town. Only one person working, and she had 2 other customers ahead of me. Found out uhaul had someone already assigned to the truck I used and was due there with the hour. That explains why I had to drop it off there and not in town. Felt like I worked for uhaul and not so much as a customer. Person working there was very good, and worked as quickly as possible.

Rick VThere was one staff trying to manage the store and my u haul return. She was very nice and did her job as quickly as she could but had several interruptions. The store itself is dark and a bit crowded. I think more lighting and organizing would make it a more inviting experience.
