The U-Haul web portal can use some upgrades it takes to much time to go through all those steps especially when the rental company is in an undesirable location
Uhuru L.I got ripped off for 71$ I had to pay a cleaning fee when the vehicle was clean I literally pull up the gate and threw everything away inside the cab before I gave the keys up Also I had the fuel on 1/8 of a tank what it was supposed to be at still got charged a fuel fee.
