Poor customer service.
George M.reserved truck and auto transport, only truck was available. i had to drive 30 minutes to another uhaul location to get an auto transport. reservation was made 3 days prior to my need, would not recommend to a friend.
Norman D.Was supposed to be open for drop off until 5, no one was on site at 4:45. Called, was told UHaul section of the business closed at 4 after we rushed to get there to have in person check out. Was charged $25 cleaning fee! Total bogus charge & exactly what I was trying to avoid by doing in person check out instead of just leaving it unattended. Have complained to UHaul with no response.
