More details on what to expect at drop off. I did not know I would be meeting someone, as I assumed I was just dropping it off! Overall, the individual was awesome and super helpful, just unexpected.

I wouldn’t have issues with that location if I booked my pick up from there. The gentleman was nice and professional but my original location was miles closer to my home.Uhaul changed that day before. Not only that , they did not provide requested dolly and we had to drive to yet another location to pick it up
Marek TLock was not in the lockbox upon arrival. A guy came out with the keys 20 minutes after we got there but had to call Uhaul.
