Truck didn't have blankets in it. Staff had to go grab them but they were just a pile. The whole place is shady. No instructions on operating the truck or such. Staff was also checking in people at the motel.

More details on what to expect at drop off. I did not know I would be meeting someone, as I assumed I was just dropping it off! Overall, the individual was awesome and super helpful, just unexpected.
Natalie MI wouldn’t have issues with that location if I booked my pick up from there. The gentleman was nice and professional but my original location was miles closer to my home.Uhaul changed that day before. Not only that , they did not provide requested dolly and we had to drive to yet another location to pick it up
Marek TLock was not in the lockbox upon arrival. A guy came out with the keys 20 minutes after we got there but had to call Uhaul.
