WILLIAM EStop using the haul App so that customers like me that are loyal don't have to be on the phone for 30 minutes wasting time on troubleshooting w/ customer service reps via chat & phone to obtain our truck. I have used Uhaul for years, but this experience was the "Worst because of the app!" Listen to your independent dealers & customers!
