Starting raining lightly after we left. The windshield wiper scrapped the windshield and flew off. It was drizzling, not even close to bad rain. We called the location and they were already closed. We had to go to an Auto Zone to buy a new windshield out of pocket and take time out of our trip. Still waiting to hear back if I will be reimbursed.

Truck was clean and was in good working conditions only thing was driver side windshield wiper was half broken I was fine as weather was good advised drop off location of this and gentleman advised me he would have looked after for next client

MICHAEL BYou charged me for 2 gallons of gas when I only drove 8 miles. That is fraud on the part of UHaul.
ROBERT ACould have been a 5 if the furniture pads I ordered was included in the truck. I tried to call but their number but no one answered. I was charged for it.
