I scheduled a pick-up at a location 25 minutes closer to home, then was told to drive to this other random location in the sketchy back lot of a thrift store instead.

I had reserved a truck and trailer at the Uhaul location a mile from the house. The night before I was told I had to drive 20 minutes to a different location to pick up the truck, and 45 minutes in the opposite direction to pick up the trailer. Not this vendors fault, just a terrible way to do business from Uhaul

jim ea bit hard to find, location clean and inviting? it's literally behind a building in an alley so not so much but it gets the job done - simply a drop off parking lot behind a strip mall, the associate on the phone and when finally met in person, was very sweet.
