Easy Pick Up process. Easy to find.
IVAN RI scheduled a pick-up at a location 25 minutes closer to home, then was told to drive to this other random location in the sketchy back lot of a thrift store instead.
Sean MI had reserved a truck and trailer at the Uhaul location a mile from the house. The night before I was told I had to drive 20 minutes to a different location to pick up the truck, and 45 minutes in the opposite direction to pick up the trailer. Not this vendors fault, just a terrible way to do business from Uhaul
