When I arrived in Lake Havasu City to drop-off, I had no address on my paper contract. I called the 877 number and the first rep disconnected from me. I called back, was told I had to drop-off at a specific location, which was NOT the one I requested. I told the rep what the person in Tucson said, "that it didn't matter which location was on the contract" and the phone rep became noticeably irritated. She told me it did matter, and then disconnected from me. I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to find the drop-off location. What a waste of time!

Owner was very friendly & helpful with determining truck we needed. Shop is also an engine repair shop so not very attractive & had strong oil smell. Service was great so we had no issue with shop condition for time we needed to spend there.

We were given the name and address of the location to drop off the vehicle on Sunday. Got there and they were closed. Calling UHAUL to get help, the lady was clueless on what to do. Had to transfer us to a local operator. Took 20 min.

Great Uhaul dealer in Lake Havasu. Steve Kean is a flat out lier. He had the truck for over a month. I had left messages on his phone to call, never got a call back. His card was charged daily. I don't know anyone that would get a months worth of charges and not call me if the brought back the equipment. Truck was rented on 6-30 and returned to a different dealer on 7-31 at 11:30 didn't even have the decency to bring back to the location he rented from.

Return the truck two days later and still being charged to the day and then call customer service and they lie and say you never return the truck I want my refund or I will go to my financial institution for a reimbursement
