Had a very stressful "network" outage that delayed the pick-up by 4 hrs but the "rental pro" came thru with some assistance from the Regional office in Ft Myers.
DEAN HNo improvement needed. The staff were Friendly and Courteous. Would look forward to using this location again when in need of another U-Haul Vehicle.
