I received great service and assistance two weeks in a row. I’m this location. Floral was amazing and treated me and my 70-year-old disabled veteran father with great customer service. She made the rental very easy by her knowledge and the way she explained everything. Outside of not having a dolly. Everything else was perfect with my experience at this location. Thank you!

CARLOS SWe have dropped vehicles off at this location in the past and it is always a terrible experience. No room to pull in and get your vehicle out. The people are not helpful in any way. This visit was made worse by accepting one trailer and not accepting the second one. My daughter and I used two trailers to move me to the area. After a long day of travelling and unloading we get to the drop off location and are told only one trailer would be accepted. I called customer service who found a different location to drop off and when we arrived there were told that they would not accept it either. We then had to go to a third location before we could leave the trailer. This was a very exhausting return and totally unacceptable.
