They were very helpful attempting to resolve the mileage dispute. I had to send a picture of the dashboard proving I was overcharged,. I have yet to to receive an a refund or even hear back form Uhaul HQ

WILLIAM DBe careful as the customers personal infor.ation is not secure. I received a receipt of service that was not mine. It was for another customer. How did my email address end up attached to another customer? I haven't been to a Uhaul in over 4 years. Scary to think how that could happen. How secure is their system in protecting their customers personal information? Awful, just awful
