PATRICIA DI reserved a 10' truck on-line. The locations offered were not in an order that showed distance so I had to look up the address of each location to see which ones were close. After I signed up there were 8 pages of insurance and add-ons that I had to decline. Ridiculous. Once I got to the facility to pick up the truck I had to pay using my physical credit card but I already gave all my credit card information online. I also had to decline insurance etc. two more times. The facility was OK. I received probably 8 or 9 text messages. Too many. I also received a phone call asking where I was going to return the truck. They wanted to know the zip code which I did not have because I was driving. I told them I already had the return place chosen on-line. They told me they had no access to see what I did on-line and then they threatened me if I returned the truck to the wrong place I would be charged a fee. The return went OK once I was finished with the truck. I wasn't a good experience with corporate although the truck and rental locations were OK. Maybe Penske next time.
