Only complaint I have is the engine light was on and the acceleration was horrible. Customer service was awesome. Vehicle needs service.

DENNIS DVehicle was not in good condition was making noise and having hard time to accelate and turn on. At the time of picking up the vehicle The man that was in charge was very rude and demanded for me to pay 100 upfront. When i tried to explain the website stated was around 23 to pay to pick up and i was expecting to get charged for miles and etc after i gave back the unit, he replied to me with attitude “I don’t care what the website says you would have to pay me the 100 deposit or you will be without truck”. Experience got worst when we went to give back the vehicle and the guy did his own calculation didn’t took the decency to explain to me and just came out with some random numbers stating he will give me 6 dollars back from the 100. U-Haul corporate you need to have this place investigated.
