I reserve the U-Haul online and I registered online, paid a d pass the review. All I needed was to pick up the keys and go, I was on time the U-Haul rep wasn’t on time, I was waiting outside for home pass my reservation time and when we finally sat down, I showed him my equipment number that I was provided on the app and he checks on the computer, he sees that I did everything but for some reason he didn’t know what to do. He calls a manager named William, he sounded more confuse than the rep himself. The rep also called a woman manager. After Almosr an hour the William manager from. Lakeland gave the permission to take the truck. I was about to cancel it was very incompetent work
