I do not recommend going to this place at all. Horrible, disgusting people with no culture, no respect, no nothing. I do not blame this man for more than half an hour to get a receipt. He does not even have the orange box to throw away the key. He tells you you have to wait. I am not supposed to wait as a customer for anyone. I am supposed to come, call the key and leave. I do not need to check your mileage. I do not need to check anything for you. He did not do his job. Very bad customer service. One of the worst I have ever encountered. Simply a disgrace. Disgusting.

The truck smelled a bit of pot in the cab and nasty cat pee in the box. Not the fault of the rental location though, of course. The guy behind the counter was efficient and friendly. No worries at all about renting here again.

Irene GI rented for a full day online, when I went to pick up they wanted me to return it before 24 hours but charged me full price for 24 hours.
Joel VMy experience was not good at all. First I was charged extra fees for my rental and then charged a second time. They put the wrong name on the reservations. Then I returned the truck to another location because it was a one-way trip they charged me a cleaning fee when the truck was never dirty. I only used it a few hours to move a mattress and a living room sofa, there's no dirt in that! I followed the guy and watched him check in the truck, and he lift the gate and shut in immediately and got in the truck and recorded the milage and gas. And then asked for my email address and then said ok your receipt is in your email. No time to see dirt but yet charged me for it.
