ANGELINE WThe staff was very informative. When I returned the truck I was having some issues with the return app. They took care of everything and I dud not have to go back in the next day. Would definitely recommend the Airlake Self Storage location.
lorelei lThis was one of my worst experiences renting anything and I would recommend you remove the U-Haul items from this location. I had an appointment set for 3PM and no one was present. I completed all the paper work, provided my credit card and checked in on line. I call the location to let them know I had the trailer and spoke with a contact. They clearly understood what was going on - I was called the next morning by this location stating they had listed the trailer as stolen and I had no paper work. I explained this isn't correct and I had the paper work and had paid for the trailer. Six calls later I thought I had resolved everything. I dropped the trailer off in the same spot that afternoon. Today I received a email detailing I had delivered back the trailer. I took picture of the trailer verifying it's in the same condition and back. I now think it's resolved. PLEASE pull their U-Haul contract; if you don't your making a vary big mistake!!!!!!!!!!! Kirk Hazlett 952-469-1754
