We had some real challenges with the woman working there. First, my friend and I, and another customer, were ignored outside for 5-10 minutes, even after we called Uhaul. The person on the phone, who was from another site because the woman we could see inside did not answer the phone, was actually very nice. The woman at the counter was then very rude when explaining directions to us. The truck she gave us had only half a tank, which I then filled up ($50) and called her to tell her. She, again, did not answer the phone when we called. It was terrible customer service, and I would like her supervisor to reach out.

Only 2 people working, busy location and on a weekend. Both employees were attaching a hitch or trailer to a truck, was not greeted or acknowledged and waited 30 minutes to be helped.

I requested a dolly did not receive they had me down for 3 trucks at 25,000 miles total came to 11,000 dollars there were 2 young girls a guy and dog the 2 girls decided to take a break when I got there they gave me the wrong truck had to fix that I believe I do deserve a month free storage for wut I went throu

This facility was understaffed all three times I was in today. There was one person behind the front desk to help customers with their rental pick up. They need more help Incase there is an influx in traffic. There was no professional to help me hook up the trailer to my vehicle. The woman who was helping me tried to troubleshoot why the lights on the trailer wouldn’t work but couldn’t figure it out. I did get the problem resolved eventually but I did not receive friendly customer service from the girl who helped me. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Overall this was a frustrating experience for me.

I was charged an overage fee for miles. From point A to Point B was 73 miles. Uhaul only gave me 76 miles to use and then made me pick up 13 miles from point a and drop off 4 miles from point b. Very unprofessional.

Inspection from previous renter failed to detect drivers side headlamp was very lose and almost fell out from time of pick up to my house. Corporate office was great, as was the site manager at apologizing for the oversight and made the necessary amends.

In the first place, the location is awful. It's on a section of a very busy road that makes getting in and out of the facility extremely tedious. The clerk (she said she was the manager?) was curt when we picked up the vehicle, and made quite a lot of emphasis about all the ways that things might go wrong and we could be charged extra for our rental. She also forgot to give us a dolly, and we had to go back to ask her for it. We got back to the facility earlier than planned (7 pm instead of 8:30 pm). We understood that we had to check in the vehicle on the website. For whatever reason, the website was not able to read the location from our phones and as a result, we couldn't check in. The clerk was leaving the building and my husband called out to her, but she fully ignored him, got in her car, and drove away. It felt incredibly incourteous, and frankly quite disrespectful. We then waited on the phone for about 30 minutes, waiting for someone to pick up on the customer service line. That woman was VERY polite and explained that the system seemed to have a problem as she had gotten multiple calls about it that night. She is an EXCELLENT customer service agent! In the end, the online process for returning the vehicle was extremely stressful and took more than 45 minutes.

The person that assisted me with my trailer in The morning was amazing. Very polite, helpful and assisted in getting the trailer unloaded. The two girls in the evening when I returned the truck were the complete opposite. I was specifically told to get a paper receipt and when they said they’d just email me they got attitudes with me when I made them do their job and check the truck in. There’s signs when you pull up to stay with your truck and you’d be assisted, yet I had to get out and find them so I could get my receipt. I was not impressed with these ladies and this is why I would not recommend.
