When I first came to the site, there was no signage for the front desk (it was simply a gas station clerk). I went to other address on the email in person, and the employee told me to go back to the location even though he said he doesn't know if anyone is there. I was disappointed to do extra travel, ultimately becauase the location I was sent to had every appearance to be a remote pick-up location when I selected an in-person experience on the online reservation.

AGILEO CYour agent spent over one hour attempting to get online to your system. I ended up cancelling rental #1 and wasting an afternoon. Everything worked the next day however your system needs work.
