The truck that I was scheduled to pick up was not ready at the time I had selected. I wanted it at 8am and didn't leave Uhaul until 930am. When I returned the truck early that evening it took an hour in the uhaul office to finalize the rental...print out a receipt for the sale. This was not the fault of the employees, but the poor software system that was used to close the ticket. I will not be using uhaul ever again and will not reccomend them to anyone. Thank you for wasting my time.
Staff was friendly and went beyond the call of duty will rent again soon.

The Manager Edward Lee, aggressively and with a lot of Anger, accused me of damaging his air hose line. He would not stop accusing me with Anger and aggressive finger pointing!!!! I asked him to please stop, and he lost control of his Anger and would not stop badgering me .I asked for his card so I could contact corporate, and he said go ahead and laughed!!!! I am not a complainer, nor do I lie, this is not like me too complain!! But his angry attitude was relentless!! No one should have to tolerate him!! Two of the employees apologized to me on behalf of Uhaul, as they know me and I am a regular customer. If I did anything wrong I would say so!!! Sorry again for this complaint, but I felt I had to do this!!! Thank you, Richard A. Voigtman
While I was there I asked if I need to wait ti drop off the key and they say yes, and I was waiting for long time, I asked one more time deni have to wait to drop off the key and the guy from the counter say no just leave the key on the table and we will send yuh out the receipt to you email, they called me about 4 times to asked me if I return the truck and I said yes, this morning they call me again to asked me if I did return the truck, I said yes and i asked them to m.j please stop calling me, after the bad services to the drop off place they charged me extra mileage, but they did not reimburse the 1/4 extra gas that I put in the truck I am so disapoint withbthe services this time

For one month I had rented several trucks, I was in the process of moving from one house to another. During that month I was able to see on several occasions the manager of the store being aggressively abusive to his employees in front of customers! Everything else was handled beautifully but I feel I must say some thing about the manager there, I donâ€™t remember his name but he is Asian background. Very bad temper and very negative attitude. The other employees who helped me were very professional and very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job

The picking up the truclk and trailer part was a joke. The equipment was not ready nor even there.. And the employees are you kidding they could care less..
Please make sure to have corporate call me back i want to make sure how poorly this location and the general manager give customer service i want to make sure he knows its not ok for him to treat customers like that and it wasnt only me everyone who was walking in was shocked and very mad at what this guy thought bein a manager can allow him to treat people like that!!!! 818-388-1460
On my first trip to rent the truck they double charged me for the lock. After my second rental they refunded for the lock error charge. I closed the storage unit on Thursday on Sunday you charged my account for a unit charge
Very understaffed. The staff there today was great and very helpful, but there should be 20 or 3 mor people working there. Will not recommend this uhaul location until the manager fixes the staffing problem. Maybe new management is needed.
Horrible customer service. Who canâ€™t take the time to show you the in and outs of a vehicle? Also I wanted to return unused blankets but the cashier rang them up under a separate purchase rather than on contract and the returning location argued my return and would not refund I also asked for the 25 unused Miles to be credited! They sucked today!!!
I was called the day before and advised I had to go to separate locations. 1. When I picked up the truck the key wouldn't turn, the vehicle was damaged and the interior was covered in beverage stains. I had to wipe the seat down with water and cloth as to not sit in a sticky substance. 2. When I went to pick up the auto hauler the rental agent had no idea what I was talking about. He did not have an auto hauler for me. I called back to the first location to clear up the mess. They advised the auto hauler was in a 'pending status' and had not been assigned. I drove to three different U-Haul locations before I was finally able to connect with "Traffic". Traffic sent me to a 4th location which apparently had my auto hauler reserved for me. The "Traffic Agent" was nice enough to call ahead and confirm the trailer was present. When I got to the location, the auto hauler was still out with a previous customer. I waited 1 hour for the auto hauler to arrive.
I reserved the truck on a thursday within 5 minutes. I picked it up on friday at 7:40 was on my way by 7:50. Returned it by 5PM and the nice lady brought my receipt out to me at the car. So nice to have a business that is well organized and has good polite people working. Will recommend this location to anyone needing a u-haul or the other services they have.
