The trailer made it all the way across country and the service there was wonderful. The trailer however was really dirty inside. I tried to clean it out as best as I could but still all my things were very dirty when I took them out at my destination. The tires were iffy....they made it but when I asked at pick up they said "well if you get a flat call this number" that concerned me but I drove slow and prayed!!

stop charging sooo much,u start at 19.99 and after using it only 20 miles u charge over a hundred.,and 23$is rediculous for a gallon of gas

I only rented a hitch from this store. Next time, I will rent the entire truck from here if I need a hitch, because I won't have to pay extra for it.

I was told I could pick up the truck at a closer location then received a text the day before saying a different location much further from us. When I called to ask about it the lady I spoke with on the phone talked to me like I was an idiot and kept cutting me off mid sentence. I was also told I would receive a $50 credit for the inconvenience of the last minute location change and never received it. Picking up the truck was easy and painless. Same with dropping it off. I felt bad complaining to the guys at the store about the $50 credit because they were so nice and helpful! The lady I had first spoken with over the phone should not work in customer service!

The trailer was rusty beat up with bad tires and frayed straps and I had truck problems and was out my truck and didn't have anything to return the truck and instead of someone being helpful and trying to help me solve the problem and get it back I got harassed every day about how I was getting charged every day I had it when I explained multiple times my truck broke down and I had no way to move it or even use it for what I needed it for very disrespectful unthoughtful unhelpful never will I deal with uhaul again and I do a lot a beissnis with you TILL NOW I'll take my stuff somewhere else

They tried to overcharge me both on cost of truck from 39.95 to 79.95 and when I objected they tried to pass it off to fuel consumption which was not true either> I brought it back 1/2 full per agreement the way I picked it up. Glad I was paying attention.

I reserved a 6x12 open trailer several weeks in advance for a round trip of over 2000 miles. I expressed my concerns about making sure the trailer is good to go before I pick up the trailer. The lady assured me they look the equipment over and they make sure the tires are serviceable. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, the location had 4 6x12 trailers on the lot. The employee assigned a trailer to me. I look over the trailer and found it had a fender that was damaged to the point the tire will rub if the road gets rough. After further inspection I discovered that the trailer had two bald tires and a third had a nail in it. So I rejected the trailer and asked for a different trailer. As I looker over the other trailers I found that all the 6x12 open trailers were not safe to operate because they all had tires that were worn below the wear bars or had nails in the tires. I asked if they have spare tires sets on the lot to make the repairs and the employee said they are not allowed to have them and that is what roadside assistance handles. The location did have a trailer that was broke but had one good tire. I asked them several times to swap the tire and they refused. It got to the point where I had to threaten them with calling Uhaul Corporate if they did not make the repair. Then and only then which took almost two hours did they decide to swap the tires off the dead trailer to make one trailer safe for me to operate. I was completely blown away at how poorly this Uhaul maintains there equipment. I can't believe they were willing to give me an unsafe piece of equipment. Also, it's crazy that while I was on my trip I saw several, I think it was 4, Uhaul trucks broke on the side of the road. Then again I did see one Penski broke as well. I will be posting my experience on every forum of social media. In my opinion this Uhaul location either needs to get there stuff together or fail as a business. But then again since Uhaul really does not have much competition with trailer rentals the only way to get a company to change its business ethics is to not do business with them anymore. Then spread the word to warn others so they are aware of these issues. There is simply no excuse for this.

The customer service at the location was very poor. The employees had attitudes and seemed as if you were bothering them and they had something better to do. The male employee that helped me when i first rented the truck fail to explain how there was a $75 deposit he said it would roughly come out to $38 when i called the female employee there was rude and even raised her voice interrupting me. I was very disappointed with the customer service there

They were friendly and helpful. They suggested I reserve what I wanted and also the best time to come back to pick up what I had reserved. I returned and they were busy but moved quickly and it took much less time than I thought it would. check out was quick and easy. The return was easy with no problem. I will be back.

Thank you Steven Pina. made my reservation online at a good deal went into store and Steven gave me a better rate and longer with the truck for a cheaper price. Plus I was in an out in a few minutes with my truck ready to go

I reserved on line with a different preferred pick up location and received confirmation via email. Shortly after I received a call confirming the reservation. But when I went to pick up the trailer it was not at my preferred location. The email nor the caller advised me that I would need to pick up and return trailer at a location farther away which made the move very inconvenient for me. I'm very disappointed that UHaul confirmation emails and calls don't really confirm anything.

The service was good, people were great thank you. The truck worked really well and did everything I needed. again Thank you. Just a few little things, The truck came with a bag of blankets also a dolly, I did not order it and it was attached to the inside of the truck. If I had removed the item and broken the seal I would have had to pay for it. I realize this is a service you offer, how ever i was happy it took up space inside the vehicle and it was a problem as i wanted to move it, but couldn't. I believe if you could offer this as a service when a phone call is made to determine if people need it would be a good idea, and not leave it attached inside the vehicle. Thank you

Vehicle was not maintained. Air conditioning unit was not operational when the vehicle was moving. Store was not willing to reduce our rental to compensate our rental. When I returned the truck the representative I told him about the problem, he told me that the previous customer did not report any issues, They did provided and discount for our next rental only. However I'm I don't want to go through another 4 hour drive in the high desert heat with a company that does not check their vehicles and relies on the customers to do pre equipment check for them. The man that received the car hauler was very helpful. He directed me where to drop the trailer and he did the rest. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. Very professional experience. I will definitely use this location when we haul our daughter's car back home.

very impressive piece of equipment ford transit 250. I would enjoy owning one of these a step up from older models, and the staff was 5 star service store clean answered all questions . they deserve a night out on you with gift cards for dinner n movies as appreciation of customer service skills and knowledge and a efficient time processed thank you for making our day and providing equipment way beyond expectations.
