It was a huge hassle trying to get the equipment I needed. The truck windows and mirrors were filthy and hard to see through. The engine sounded really bad in need of a tune up. I was hung up on twice by employees. I was over charged when I returned the equipment a day earlier than I was supposed to. There was an issue in the computer with how much gas was in the truck when I picked it up and dropped it off causing an extra charge for gas I shouldn't have had to pay.

Fast and efficient service. I normally reserve equipment before hand but this last time I needed a small trailer at the last minute. I was able to come in and pick up the trailer and was on my way very quickly. Thanks UHaul.

Checked in at 8:10 am, but because I had misplaced my ball joint, I couldn't pick it up until 9:00 am. U-Haul was okay with the delay, and stated that I could come back and get the trailer after I find my ball joint. After finding it, hookup was fast and the checkout process was completed. U-Haul came through again!

Last time I rented a UHaul, (5 years ago or so), in town miles were included. This time they were not and having the location I picked up/dropped off changed and getting lost trying to find the right fair entrance turned a mile or so to the Uhaul and a mile or so to the fair, so about 5 miles to almost 40 and with the per mile charge it doubled the cost of renting the van

The manager was rude, seems like he deliberately scheduled three people to work on the busiest moving day May 1, 2017. Nine people were waiting to be helped, with only one clerk assisting customers, while he sat in his office doodling on his PC. B. If a customer returns vehicle over required gas, they should be reimbursed.

First of all I was sent to a location where they did not have a truck available second the place I went to the owner was rude and did not care when I told him I asked him what are you going to do about it and he did not care. I will not take that a as business owner myself. I wasted a alot of time to get my move done because everything was screwed up. Will never recommend this place again.

I called before I came to this location to confirm they had the truck I needed and that I could come pick it up (they said yes). When I arrived (5 min later) they told me that they were about to close and so they wouldnt help me. They told me I had to use the new uhaul.com 24 hour rental. It was incredibly difficult and frustrating. The staff at the location were not very helpful or knowledgeable on how the online system works. And when I called the 1-800 number they were also not helpful or knowledgeable. I stood outside of this location in the cold for an hour trying to get the key for my truck. In addition the system refused to let me rent the truck I actually wanted. Even though the staff on location assured me it was available. As a result I ended up having to settle for a different truck, since that is all the online system would allow me. The whole experience was pretty awful. I wouldn't have even gone through with it and wasted my money on this company if I didn't absolutely need it. I can't believe I spent 70$ on a company full of untrained employees who clearly have no interest in helping their customers.

The guy that checked me out made adjustments because mileage was off and gas was off. When I called to talk to someone about it, the guy acted like it was ridiculous that I was calling for a 2.16 refund. Said I had to come by with receipt to get the 2.00 back. He was kinda rude.
