I would say to have a better selection. I wanted a tow dolly but they had to upgrade me to a car carrier because they didn't have any of the tow dolly's available. I know this is because of one way rentals but U-Haul needs to find a way to better redistribute the equipment to all the locations.

Same day I was doing a return I experience a really bad customer service. Believe me if it was company y would fire that person with out thinking it it 2 times. It looks like employees don’t have a clud of do to customers they have a JOB. They should stop for a minute and think. Because of customers we are able to have a job. You can call me. 661-466-3413.

First of all I was rented a Uhaul that was extremely dirty inside. We were moving boxes which would not get ruined by the floor being dirty However when we returned it I was charged for the condition I rented it. The condition of the was notated on the rental form. I am not complaining I'm explaining. I am a cancer patient on chemo and my lil crew was trying to beat the heat. This encounter cost us additional time, and the young man shrugged his shoulders and said "MY BAD". Ms Laquita Flowers

Even if I put bad comments U-Haul doesn’t take nothing serious. They care less on customers and just want to make money. First o had fraud in one of the locations renting trucks under my name and it’s someone else. NOW renting me trucks that don’t even work properly under my insurance and customer service can care less what’s wrong with them. Even the owner of the location doesn’t even care. This is what I call BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. U-HAUL only cares I’m making money.

I was quoted $75 for my rental of a truck and car trailer for a few hours. When I arrived it was then 80 something. I only opted for the damage insurance after hearing commotion about a lady being charged $25 for a cleaning fee for mud on a truck. There was a little mud on it but it looked like the truck had driven over some water that could’ve been on the street and it was hot that day to where it dried up quickly. My total came out to $100.80 after purchasing the insurance for both the dolly and vehicle. Then upon returning it, with the tank of gas, with my mileage being at just 10 Miles as I anticipated, my new total came out to $110.80. I asked the associate why the extra $10? She answered it’s because of the insurance. I explained that I’ve already paid for that inside and prior. In any case I just left it at that because it was very hot that day and I didn’t want a hassle about anything. I just won’t be using uhaul ever again.

Rented 5'x9' open trailer w/ramp. Total in-store time was about 15 minutes, then I was gone. Was finished with it after hours, so dropped it back at yard, after hours, as suggested by employee. Much easier than having to park it at house overnight. Only thing is, I never got a confirmation, either via email or text, that they had indeed received it back. Since there were several other of the same trailers where I positioned it, they may not have noticed right away, or were pleased that they didn't have to do anything except check off the "Received Back?" box.

The service is good and the workers there are friendly and helpful. What I am not pleased about is charging my debit card twice with two different amounts. The main reason why I chose uhaul is because of the reasonable prices they offer but I didn’t expect it to be the most expensive move. I hope they will reimburse the money they took out of my account.

The gentleman helping me was nearing the end of his shift but never once did I feel rushed. He helped me find an enclosed trailer at the last minute. The customer service here goes above and beyond.

One of the tires was punctured and we got charged $475.00 even though they had given the truck to us that way. No inspection was donewhen they gave us the truck earlier. Beware insurance does not cover tires or engines. Awful service. He was rude and confontational. Never will use uhaul again.

I made a reservation a month ago for a 26 ft truck and when I went to pick it up they did not have it . I had to make 3 trips instead of one and got charged twice as much . I will never use U-Haul again and I will tell everyone I know and I’m in military

On this occasion, waiting too long outside for equipment return. Nobody outside. Employees all very professional and helpful. I am a frequent customer at this location. Always good treatment.

We didn’t walk the inside of the truck box at the pickup location and they did at the drop off, and noticed some issues. We had the insurance so their was no worries.

When I first walked into those that wish me no one ask can I hope you know once they’re welcome to U-Haul they were arguing over who was going to help me because someone had a headache and Jake up was very hot I have pictures of my gas however Jacob said that there wasn’t enough gas in the car so I had to go out and spend another $20 and get gas I would never go back or recommend anyone when are you off from that establishment

I work in the Film Industry and rent Trucks all the time. This is the only U-Haul Dealer that I ever go to as it (usually) has the best & newest Trucks. Usually I would give this Dealer a 5 Star review, however this time the front desk had three (3) different Computers with various problems that resulted in my spending an extra 25 minutes(!) checking out in spite of the fact I had already come in to reserve a Truck. Clearly they need to replace (or repair) the old Dell computers they have with newer ones as this was a huge inconvenience for me.
